Improvements
Nurture Strategies now support the ‘Appointment’ feature. The feature works as follows:Assigned To: Either a specified user or select ‘Automatic’. Automatic will create an appointment to the currently assigned user when this part of the strategy is met.Duration (mins): How long the appointment will last.Start Time Offset (hours): When nurture hits this step in the strategy, specify how far into the future the appointment’s start date and time should be.
