Overview
SalesExec now supports Postmark as an additional email delivery provider. This integration gives each account a dedicated Postmark server, improving deliverability, reputation, and tracking visibility for all outbound communications.
Postmark automatically manages open and click tracking through built-in webhooks, so you can monitor engagement in real time.
Key Functionality
Dedicated Server – Each SalesExec account receives a unique Postmark server, maintaining strong sender reputation.
Improved Deliverability – Postmark ensures faster and more reliable email delivery.
Automatic Engagement Tracking – Webhooks capture opens, clicks, and delivery status in real time.
Easy Setup – Activate directly from the Integrations screen; no manual API configuration required.
Provider Flexibility – Switch between SendGrid and Postmark at any time.
How to Use This Feature
In SalesExec, go to More → Settings → Integrations.
Locate Postmark under the list of available integrations.
Click Enable to activate Postmark for your account.
Once enabled:
All outbound email traffic will automatically route through Postmark.
Engagement tracking (opens, clicks, delivery status) begins immediately.
Notes:
Once Postmark is enabled, all email traffic in your account will automatically be routed through Postmark.
No additional configuration or setup is required.
You can disable Postmark at any time to revert back to SendGrid.
Postmark currently does not support custom domains or verified senders, which means all emails will be sent using a default SalesExec address.
Best Practices
Use Postmark for transactional or high-volume communications that require high deliverability.
Keep both Postmark and SendGrid available for flexibility and backup.
Regularly review email performance to monitor open and click rates.
Avoid spam-triggering language or formatting in bulk emails.
Troubleshooting
Emails not sending after enabling Postmark → Confirm the integration is toggled ON under More → Settings → Integrations.
Tracking data missing → Verify that Postmark webhooks are active; they’re auto-configured but may need reactivation if settings changed.
Switching back to SendGrid → Disable Postmark in Integrations to automatically reroute all email through SendGrid.
