Centralized Activity Feed: View all critical events from your leads in a single, chronological stream.
Quick Lead Access: Click any lead's name in the stream to navigate instantly to their Lead Details Screen.
Filterable View: Filter the stream to focus on specific types of events or time periods.
Email Sync Integration: Works optimally when paired with the free Email Sync service.
Using the Event Stream
Step 1: Access the Event Stream
From the main toolbar in SalesExec, click the Event Stream icon.
A slide-out panel will appear, displaying a chronological list of recent events requiring your attention.
Step 2: Review and Act on Events
The stream displays events such as:
"Test" email opened by lead [Lead Name]
Email received from lead [Lead Name]
SMS received from lead [Lead Name]
To investigate an event, simply click the lead's name in the activity line.
You will be taken directly to that lead's Lead Details Screen for context and immediate action.
β
Step 3: Filter the Stream
Click See All to view a comprehensive list.
Use available filters to narrow down events by type (e.g., email opens, replies) or time period to focus on what's most important.
βBest Practices
Check the stream frequently: Make it a habit to review the Event Stream multiple times a day to identify "hot" leads showing active engagement.
Prioritize replies and clicks: Focus first on leads who have replied to an email or clicked a link, as they are signaling direct interest.
Use it for timely follow-up: When you see a lead has opened an email, use that as a trigger for a quick follow-up call or message.
Combine with other tools: Use the Event Stream in conjunction with your task list or calendar to build a complete picture of your daily priorities.
