Use filters on the Lead Manager Screen to create lists of leads which you find yourself looking at regularly. Perhaps you want to focus on leads based on marketing information? Or, maybe you only want to look at leads within a particular status?
Create and save filters to quickly access leads which are most important to you.
Using Filters
First, select the workflow you wish to apply the filter to.
Creating a Filter
You have the option of creating a filter using the available fields on the Lead Manager Screen. After you enter the appropriate parameters, select Apply Filters.
If this is a filter you plan to use all the time, make sure to enter a name under Save My Filter As and select Save and Apply Filter
Filter Options
You can either create a new filter, or use a previously saved one under Quick Filters. Some additional options include depending on what is searched:
Show Invalid: Shows any leads that were rejected in ClickPoint. This allows you to validate them in the tool bar as a good lead if needed.
Hide Valid: Allows you to hide all valid leads. Good if you only want to look at leads marked Invalid.
Show Returned: Show all leads which were returned by a use.
Allow/ Exclude Do Not Phone: Displays those leads marked Do Not Contact.
Allow/ Exclude Do Not Email: Displays those leads marked Do Not Email.
Change Filter: Allows you to change an already applied filter.
Manage Filters Order – Drag and drop capability to order the filters, once achieved click Save Filter Order.

Quick Filters – Displays all filters for ease of use.
Delete a Saved Filter
From time to time, you may need to delete any saved quick filters. You can do this by navigating to your Quick Filters and move your mouse until you see the Trashcan icon. Selecting the Trashcan icon will delete your saved filter.
