As a sales manager, nothing is vital that you have actionable information to help guide your decisions.  When it comes to managing a high-velocity sales team, two key things will help you make the right decisions.

Dashboards give you a real-time sales information summary so you can quickly spot areas of improvement or opportunity. You can easily see if a salesperson needs help or if sales are on track for the day, the week, or month.

And you can also spot problems with lead sources, giving you the ability to make quick changes to cut them off or double down on lead sources that are performing well.
