Stay up to date with your emails by viewing your email conversation history.

Go to email conversations by selecting a lead, and under Email within the toolbar, select View Email Conversation.

You can also navigate to your email conversations within the Email tab after opening your lead. Simply select View Conversation.

To reply to a lead, simply select Reply in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
