Zoom Phone Integration

Learn how to connect Zoom Phone to SalesExec

Overview

The Zoom Phone integration allows you to connect your Zoom Phone system directly to SalesExec. Once configured, users can place and receive calls through SalesExec, similar to a SIP phone experience.

This setup is quick and requires only two key inputs:

  • Your Zoom Phone protocol (link)

  • Your +1 phone number


Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

  • An active Zoom Phone account

  • Your Zoom Phone protocol (provided by your admin or Zoom settings)

  • A valid +1 phone number assigned to your Zoom Phone user


Setup Instructions

Step 1: Enter Your Zoom Phone Details

  1. Navigate to More > Settings > Integrations

  2. Locate the Zoom Phone integration option

  3. Enter the following:

    • Protocol (Link): Paste your Zoom Phone protocol

    • Phone Number: Enter your +1 number


Step 2: Connect from the Pull Page

  1. Go to the Pull Page in SalesExec

  2. Pull a lead


Step 3: Grant Permissions

  • On your first connection attempt, Zoom will prompt you to authorize access

  • Click Allow to grant permissions

Once permissions are approved, the integration is fully connected.


How It Works

After setup:

  • Calls are initiated directly from SalesExec

  • Zoom Phone functions as a SIP-based connection

  • No additional login steps are required after initial authorization


Troubleshooting

If you experience issues connecting:

  • Double-check that your protocol link is correct

  • Ensure your +1 number is properly formatted

  • Confirm that you granted permissions during the first connection
