Note: You must have sufficient permission levels to access this part of the ClickPoint application.

Navigate to More > Settings > Administration > Integrations: 

​Activate or add the appropriate options as they apply to your organization.

Select View to input the appropriate options required for the integration. 

This section represents the integrated Call Solutions. Enable phone solutions like RingResponse, Five9, and Zoom Phone to quickly build Call Flows, send Text Messages, and conduct local presence outbound dialing.
