Follow these steps to open a live chat with the ClickPoint Support Team:
Log in to ClickPoint and click the "Talk to Support" button at the bottom of the left sidebar.
The Support Panel will pop up on the right side of the page. Click the "Send Message" button to initiate a chat.
Pro tip: You can also use this panel to search through and access our Knowledge Base library which is full of other helpful articles and videos.
Compose a message in the chat panel and send it over to our team. Feel free to ask any questions you may have or just say hello!
If your chat comes in during our Live Support hours, the team will respond within a few minutes, otherwise, we will respond as soon as possible.
