While in My Leads (or the Lead Manager Screen) you have the capability of sending emails to your leads, from the main My Leads view or by opening a lead and going to the Lead Details Screen.
Sending an Email or Template
Send an Email to a lead – Compose an email to send to the lead or if email templates are built, chose Use Template.
Go to My Leads screen
Send Emails to selected leads
Sending an email from the Lead Details screen
After selecting Send, this will send an email to the lead.
