How to Use Email to Engage with Your Prospects

This article explains how to use the Email Editor in SalesExec to engage with your prospects. Whether sending emails in bulk or individually, the user-friendly editor allows you to create and personalize engaging messages. You can use pre-made Templates or customize them for a personal touch.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Sending an Email or Template

  1. Step: In My Leads (or the Lead Manager Screen), you can send Emails directly from the main view or by opening a lead and navigating to the Lead Details Screen.

  2. Step: You can select a number of Leads to bulk send your desired Template or Email.

  3. Step: Compose a message for the Lead or choose an existing Template by selecting Use Template.

    1. Utilize Lead and System Fields (1a) to automatically pull information from your Leads and interlan system information (1b), ensuring efficient use of your Templates and Snippets.

    2. The Email Editor allows you to select a Template or Snippet (2) from your libraries to enhance open and engagement rates.

    3. You can enable the CC and BCC fields by clicking their respective buttons (3).

    4. After clicking Send Email, your message will be delivered to the lead.

Viewing Email Conversation History

  1. Step: To view the entire Email conversation history, select a specific lead from the My Leads screen, click the Email button, and choose View Email Conversation from the dropdown.


  2. Step: You can also access Conversation History from the Lead Details view under the Emails tab. View individual Emails by clicking the eye icon or open the entire conversation by selecting the View Conversation button.
