Whether you are an agent or an administrator, you have the ability to change your username and password.

If you are an Agent or an Administrator, you can change information on your accounts by following the steps outlined below:
Click the arrow below your account name.
Click My Account.

Under Account Settings notice User Name, Change Password and Current Password.
Enter required information to change.
Click Save Changes to the top right of the screen.

Note: You must enter your current password to change the password. If you have forgotten your password, your Administrator will need to change the password for you.
