After you have received notice that your ClickPoint user account has been created, follow these steps to set your password and log in:
Head to the ClickPoint login page: https://www.sales-exec.net/Login.
Click the Forgot Password link.
You will be prompted to enter your registered email address. Input the email address for your account, click the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, then click Send Password.
You should receive an email with a link for resetting your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox within a couple of minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If the email can't be found, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
When you receive the email, click the link to continue the process of setting your password.
Enter your new, unique password in both text boxes and click Change Password.
You should receive a success message unless your password didn't meet our minimum security requirements or your password confirmation didn't match the initial password. Once you receive the success message, navigate back to the login page and log into your account.
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to select your time zone. This will impact how lead data timestamps will be displayed for you, so be sure to set your time zone correctly. If you need to update your time zone, you can do so by navigating to More > My Account.
