How to Use This Node

Record Settings


  • Timeout - The amount of time that has to elapse before timeout and the call is routed through your configured call flow. 

  • Confirmation Button - A button a caller must press to signify the end of the recording.

  • Play beep before recording - Dictate if an audible beep plays to alert the caller when they should begin their recording. 

Use Cases

  • There may be an instance where you wish to allow a caller to record a message for the purposes of being saved to the lead. 

Note: If you wish to route calls to an endpoint where a user can leave a voicemail, consider using the Redirect Node where it routes to an external phone number within your organization.
