Play/Say Settings

Settings

  • Text to Speech - Use a male or female computerized voice to play a message to a caller. 

  • Upload File - Upload a recorded audio file from your computer.

  • Force Audio Play - Force audio to always play

Use Cases

  • Use this node if you want to announce a message to a caller. 

  • You may decide to use this with a Criteria node to announce that your offices are closed and to call back later. 

  • You may decide to use this node to play a message to a caller before redirecting them to an external phone number using the Redirect node.
