Accessing the Dial Pad
Note: The Dial Pad is available to those users who are dialing or answering calls through the browser.
When you are on an active call, select the Controls button to activate the slideout.
When the Live Call slide-out appears, select Dialpad on the main screen. The dialpad will display, allowing users to enter keypress values based on their individual business needs.
Press the Back button to navigate to the main Live Call slide-out panel.
