The Scheduled Delivery feature allows you to compose an email now but delay its sending to a later, more strategic time. This ensures your message arrives when it is most likely to be seen and engaged with, whether you're working outside of a prospect's business hours or planning a campaign in advance.

Key Functionalities

  • Pre-set Delay Options: Schedule delivery with one-click shortcuts for immediate delivery (default), 1 hour, 4 hours, or 12 hours delays.

  • Custom Date & Time: Choose a specific future date and time for precision scheduling.

  • Timezone Selection: Specify the timezone for delivery to align with your recipient's local time.

  • Universal Access: Available whether you are composing a new email or using a pre-made template or snippet.
