If you already capture SMS opt-in consent on your landing pages and lead source providers, you can disable this functionality within ClickPoint. When you enable RingResponse Text SMS functionality, the Opt-In functionality is enabled by default. If you are not sure if all of your lead providers are capturing SMS consent, we advocate you leave this functionality enabled.

To disable, navigate to Settings > Text SMS Templates > Edit Opt-In Template in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

Under Always send Opt-In Templates, select No. After you review and agree to the Terms of Service, select Save.
